Renovation of existing house. Renovations will include 6 x 8 deck on rear of house. Otherwise footprint will remain the same. Deck will conform to City guidelines. Renovations work to include: gut to studs, framing repairs, new vinyl windows of same size/shape and locations, replace asphalt shingle roof, all new mechanicals, new water/sewer lateral, new interior finishes, vinyl siding on exterior building. Allyl exterior work will confirm with NDD guidelines. Site work to include addition of 10' x 50' asphalt driveway in rear yard and 8' x 8' storage shed in backyard. All regular building inspections will include in our build process. Please ad temporary electrical and footings-piers to inspectiom schedule
