I am looking to renovate the unfinished basement in a townhome I recently bought in the Colonial Green neighborhood. I want to place drywall on the ceiling over exposed wood frame / insulation, as well as put drywall (or another material) over the concrete walls on two sides of the basement. Electricity is already in the basement, and I do not plan to do any work on electrical or plumbing. I simply want to do cosmetic changes.
