Addition of concrete retaining wall for the Associated Asphalt, Inc. - Roanoke Terminal facility located at 2677 Roanoke Ave SW, Roanoke, VA. Approximately 700 linear feet of concrete cantilever retaining wall will be installed to partially replace existing earthen berm containment for tank farm/process area. The wall is being installed to provide adequate containment for a new asphalt tank installation (separate permit application submitted for AST). See attached drawing C-203 and C-402 for design of wall. Refer to development plan # CP25-0011 for additional project details.
