Resubmission received 07/06/22: Add wall cap on side of rear porch addition in stainless steel finish (rear of the side of the house, facing neighbor's home) for kitchen duct venting (see attached sheet for specifications, Broan/Nutone model no 441)
Replace outlet and add ceiling fan in side porch ceiling

Resubmission : Remove stairs at rear of house. Main level- add cabinets and electrical per code. Second floor- move existing plumbing to new laundry room location, add electrical per code. Basement -add receptacles and lights- Location TBD by owner. Change in activity cost.
