level up floors, replace sheetrock on wall and ceiling, redo kitchen & cabinets and restrooms, replumb water lines & hookup to sewer, rewire house, replace windows and doors

Resubmission: remove 2nd floor where can reframe the entire 2nd floor; bring up to code, add baths, more room for closets and bedrooms upstairs. While reworking the floor joists for the 2nd floor and leveling it up. Removing the entire exterior of the 2nd floor; while remodeling the entire house to bring up to code.
