In like kind fire damage repair project. This home has been gutted, cleaned and sealed. No changes to the floor plan, plumbing, electrical or HVAC that is in place. We'll need plumbing, electrical and insulation inspections. I have included a floor plan with details regarding the furring strips and foam insulation we plan to install.
