This project's scope involves converting an existing Ashley Furniture store and the adjacent Pete’s Deli into a new Prototype C Academy Sports store, with a total renovation area of approximately 42,838 square feet. Scheduled to open in July 2026, the scope includes a new storefront, structural modifications for a parapet and wall opening in-between the 2 spaces, new HVAC systems, new electrical and lighting, new plumbing installation, and complete interior finish-out. The landlord will separately handle the new roof, truck dock, and bay enclosure at the rear left of the building.
