Exterior repair of existing Best Buy in Roanoke, VA. The repair includes the repair of (1) structural storefront column, and affected storefront & interior spaces. No modifications will be made to affect the existing occupancy or egress or the existing space. Electrical scope will be included as necessary. Exterior scope to include repairing entry storefront, column, and affected CMU wall. No mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, or site work in scope.
