Reserve Ave to located the existing 16" waterline, 15' sanitary sewer and 2' gas line. Upon completion of potholing operations, E. C. Pace will utilize directional drilling or bore methods to install four ( 4) 6" conduits beneath Reserve Ave to provide permanent power to the Cancer Center site . Following installation beneath Reserve Ave, two (2) of the 6" conduits will extend east to the Walnut power feed ( AEP pole 3006). The installation method for these extensions will consist of an open excavation method.
