The entire exterior siding of 307 Gilmer Ave. is rotten wood, which over years, resulted in the framing of the house to be rotten. Our project is for the back exterior of the house. It is a removal of all rotten wood, including, wood siding, plywood, and framing and replacing it with fresh new wood. We also were going to replace the windows in the back as they were old broken glass windows.
