Remove existing deck and construct new pressure-treated deck with new footers and support posts; 2" x 10" joists on 2" x 12" beams with stairs and landing at rear entry. Install 5/4" x 6" decking boards over joists and stairs with Afco Pro Aluminum Railing System.
