Framing: non load bearing wall removal and new non load bearing wall additions completed by owner. One 47" doorway added to a load bearing wall upstairs.
Electric: Whole Home Rewiring to remove knob and tube, as well as and electric service upgrade from 100 amps to 200 amps. Electric permit pulled and being done by professional Moser Electric.
Plumber: New bathroom addition and basement replumbing, new main plumbing stacks, new gas water heater. Plumbing permit pulled and being done by professional Eades plumbing.
No HVAC or exterior work being done.
