Build a retaining wall in three segments as shown on the Development of Mill View South Roanoke dated March 10, 2020 that has been approved . Permit SSP19-0002 ( the community now is known as Wilton South Roanoke) We attached the approved plans of development as well as the specific plan showing the retaining wall for your review. The wall is separated in two places to allow for future driveways. The wall will be on the right handed side of the road coming down form Peakwood Dr. The first section of wall is 186'. The second is 196' and the third one is 336' for a total of 718'
