Replace existing through wall HVAC unit with a Mr. Cool two zone 18000 BTU Ductless Mini Split (2 - 9K BTU evaporator units). The new unit will be connected to the existing 20A branch circuit.
This residence is in an H-2 Historic District. The COA application is attached.
