Removing parts of the flooring in den, main entrance, and kitchen, replacing with tile or hardwood/refinishing remaining floors. Taking out old cabinets in kitchen and replace with all new cabinets. Reconfigure the kitchen to have an island for more storage space. We will replace the stove and buy a new microwave. Rip out both upstairs and downstairs bathroom showers, sinks, and toilets. Replacing everything and retile the floors.
