Demolition and disposal of existing exterior stair system, upper deck structure, lower deck/landing, railings, decking, framing, and associated structural components.
Reconfiguration and reconstruction of stair layout in revised location as agreed.
Installation of new pressure-treated structural framing including posts, beams, joists, blocking, stair framing, and required hardware/connectors.
Installation of new decking surfaces and guardrail/handrail assemblies.
Removal of damaged siding in affected work areas.
Inspection and replacement of deteriorated wood sheathing, trim, and structural framing discovered behind removed siding in accessible work areas.
Installation of proper waterproofing, flashing membrane, and metal flashing at all deck-to-structure tie-in points and around affected openings.
Repair/reinstallation of siding and exterior trim in disturbed areas.
Window flashing corrections at affected openings where current water intrusion conditions exist.
Construction of new stair support footings/base supports as required for relocated stair configuration.
Cleanup and disposal of construction debris.
