adding stairs to current deck as shown in drawings, I'll be adding an intermediate beam in the stringer span due to it being 10ft span and needing one. Concrete pad at the bottom will have 4 small footings due to needing one for each stringer. Guardrail posts will be 4x4 posts. All addition wood to be new PT lumber.
