installing a new landing and stair system built to current code requirements and properly supported. This includes painting the new steps.
At the rear of the property, we will remove the existing handrail and landing, then install a new handrail, landing, and stairs. All new steps will be painted upon completion.
We will also repair the cement siding by scraping all damaged or cracked areas and resealing them with proper exterior-grade cement siding materials to restore full protection around the exterior of the home.
