This will involve moving plumbing for shower, toilet and vanity. Involve opening up a wall form the bath into the bedroom and reframing the area. Some electrical will need to be performed as well as removing a non load bearing wall going into the bedroom and from the bedroom into the bathroom.
** All work to be performed to 2021 IBC as well as State and local current building codes.
