Upstairs, two bedrooms will be combined to form a master suite. Thus making a full bathroom added onto property. Property will also have two 2 ton HVAC units installed for property with each unit being put back on the house away from all set back lines.
Front porch handrails will be installed with appropriate 2 x2x2 footers where needed and building to local building codes.
