Replace existing 3-ton outdoor AC condenser with new unit, installing new line set, whip, and electrical disconnect (HVAC change-out/alteration). Replace existing 90 000 BTU 90 % efficiency gas furnace and install new programmable thermostat. No structural change. Property lies in Flood Zone X (not a Special Flood Hazard Area).
