We have an existing music store next door in 1337 and we rented 1335 to add some lesson studios and more retail storage for our music store. Work is being kept to minimum with no new electrical or plumbing needed. We will be using all existing. We will be framing some partition walls to make smaller rooms, painting and putting down carpet flooring. We will need to install a door 36" door to get from 1337 to 1335.
