Project t includes the renovation of an existing indoor sports training facility to an indoor pickleball facility. Amenities will include 10 pickleball courts merchandise area, an event room with the viewing mezzanine above, and bar and café to serve beverages and food to their members and guest. No exterior work will occur beyond the addition of two new exit doors for the purpose of egress.
